Drill, Skill & Play: Groundstrokes and Backhand Volley

This class is for experienced players with good fundamentals and full knowledge of the game. The focus will be on improving groundstrokes and the backhand volley. Participants will review the techniques of this skill, repeat and practice the skill to improve muscle memory, and incorporate the skill into game play. Prerequisite: Pickleball 101 and 102 or already play and fully understand the game and be able to keep up a steady rally.
